the fabric is the usual horrible quality of most Halloween costumes. I had to make a lot of adjustments as my almost 3 years was too small for it. I put a hem in pants, took the jacket sleeves and cut the green vest attached and made a tie. but eventually met the requirement, it was cheap and fast shipping. If these are things you are looking for a great fit
